I. General terms
This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which personal data necessary for the provision of electronic services via the toro-performance.com website (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is collected, processed, and stored.
The personal data of Users is administered by Toro Performance Ltd. ul. Dąbrowskiego 77A, 60-529 Poznań (hereinafter: Administrator).
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).
The data collected by the Administrator will be:

- processed for explicitly defined purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
- factually correct and appropriate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
- stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
II. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
The Administrator processes personal data necessary for the provision and development of services offered through the Website, as well as its individual functionalities.
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: a.) communication with the User to provide necessary information and build positive and trustworthy relations with them, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR); b.) promotion of products and/or services of the Administrator and its Partners by sending electronic marketing information (newsletter) if the User has given consent to receive such notifications via email (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR); c.) for analytical and statistical purposes on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator to verify the activities and preferences of Users for optimizing services and products as well as the functionalities of the Website (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR); d.) where necessary to establish, pursue or defend against legal claims based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator to protect its rights (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
In each of the above cases (paragraph 2), providing information is voluntary but necessary to enter into a contract or use other functionalities of the Service.
III. Processing of Personal Data Period
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements, pursue or defend against any claims, but no longer than 3 years from the date of termination of the agreement for the provision of electronic services.
Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, provided that the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before such withdrawal.
IV. Processing Information
Personal data may be disclosed depending on the purpose of processing:
a.) entities associated with the Administrator
b.) entities cooperating with the Administrator,
c.) subcontractors, in particular entities supplying and servicing selected IT systems and solutions,
d.) entities servicing online payments,
e.) entities providing courier-postal services,
f.) law firms.Personal data processed by the Administrator will not be/will be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
V. Right of the data subject
The user of the Service has the right to:
- access their personal data content
- rectify data
- delete data
- limit data processing
- transfer data
- object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that the processing of their data violates their rights and freedoms.
During the data processing, there is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
VI. Final terms
The administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy while ensuring that the rights of Users under this document will not be restricted.
